The OUTPost is the PfCA's community center and your central hub for connection and intersectional care that meets the complex needs of rural 2SLGBTQIA+ people and their allies. We offer direct resources, dedicated support, and life-changing advocacy across all generations.

provides affirming spaces, peer support, and resource access for youth under 25, including confidential sexual health services (BC4U), workforce development, and advocacy, supported by our collaborations with local schools and the Boys & Girls Club.

The PfCA has partnered with numerous local and statewide agencies to bring you essential resources. This includes free and private sexual and reproductive health services for community members under age 25 through our BC4U partnership, and direct access to testing via GetTestedChaffee.com. We also host community health events like the Itty Bitty Health Fair.
