The PfCA is dedicated to removing financial, geographical, and social barriers to vital health services for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and our allies in rural Colorado. This page provides direct connections to our free, confidential health resources for all ages.

Free & Private Services (Ages 25 and Under)

Our key partnership ensures youth can access essential reproductive services without cost or judgment.

We are proud to serve as a host site and access point for BC4U.org, a vital partner providing completely free and private sexual and reproductive health services for community members aged 25 and under.

You can access services at the OUTPost Community Center in-person during open hours or you can click on the “Make an Appointment” button below and access services from anywhere in Colorado.

Services Available

FREE STI Testing
Free rapid and confirmatory screening for HIV, Hepatitis C, and Syphilis. Non-rapid testing for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia.

Basic Health & Dental
Dental screening, cleaning, and treatments, along with assistance in enrolling in Medicaid or other insurance plans.

Overdose Prevention
Access to Narcan or Fentanyl Testing Strips available to take home, and resources to learn about recovery for substance use.

Harm Reduction
Sterile syringes to protect from infectious disease, and safe disposal for used needles or syringes.

Navigation
Help navigating the healthcare system, keeping appointments, or finding transportation, housing, or behavioral health programs.
