Safe Space CO

Colorado Businesses are taking a long-standing commitment to providing Safe Space for LGBTQ+ people and their families. Together, they understand that building a stronger community means that everyone should feel safe, respected, and accepted in the communities they live in, and in the businesses where they shop and work.

*a safe space is defined as a place or environment in which people can feel confident that they will not be exposed to discrimination, criticism, harassment, or any other emotional or physical harm.

Colorado businesses are striving to make public environments more inclusive.

What are you doing to encourage an inclusive environment for your customers, vendors, employees, and community? Contact us today at hello@goPfCA.com.

The PfCA’s Safe Spot program is a growing coalition of businesses that provide support and resources for their employees and customers of non-heterosexual and/or transgender/nonbinary communities.

The Safe Spot symbol is a message of solidarity to these communities that you are understanding and supportive, have completed training, and are working to create a safer community for all people.
